Michele runs regular Corporate Yoga classes in Melbourne.  Sparkly Yoga provides yoga and relaxation classes to companies seeking to create a productive, healthy and harmonious workplace. PRANAYAMA - FEBRUARY IMMERSION
 
~ The breath of life ~
 
A month’s online live course with Mickey Space.
 
Learn and practice the ancient art of Pranayama – a life changing breathwork process that allows for a deeper connection to yourself and your intrinsic nature of peace.
 
Pranayama:
  • Strengthens the lungs, and assists to build a strong immune system
  • Strengthens the nervous system
  • Strengthens the meridian/nadi system of the body
  • Helps alleviate stress, anxiety and depression
  • Calms the mind and prepares one for a deeper meditation
  • Prepares one for deeper states of connection
 
This course runs across one month with a 30 minute live zoom session at 7:30am on every Tuesday and Friday of that month. Sessions are recorded incase one is missed.  
 
No prerequisites required.  This is accessible to all. New yogis and experienced yogis will benefit from attending.
 
Each session begins with an informal chat with the possibility to ask questions. Then we dive into exploring technique and practice.  One is then encouraged to keep up the practice daily expanding upon the techniques learned. At the completion of the course one should feel comfortable to continue their own practice.  Yoga teachers will also benefit to enhance their teaching ability of pranayama.
 
Payment is by suggested donations according to one’s capacity.
